Degradable materials

With the rapid growth of degradable market demand at home and abroad in recent years and the issuance of plastic limit in China, Yixing responded to the call of the country, the company follows the concept of environmentally friendly, reliable and recyclable product manufacturing, and increases the research and development of biodegradable materials.

The company has launched a series of modified materials such as PBAT and PLA. Widely used in packaging bags, plastic tableware, daily necessities and other fields. The modified 100% biodegradable materials produced by the company mainly consist of corn starch, PLA, PBAT and other biomass raw materials, and their physical properties and application fields are basically the same as those of traditional plastics. The product can be completely degraded into water, carbon dioxide and biomass under the condition of composting, without any pollution to the environment. It is a feasible solution to white pollution at present.

International standards require compostable products must be biodegraded to 90% within 90 days, Yixing products can be degraded to 99% in 45 days, far beyond the international standards, product quality has been widely recognized abroad.

Building materials

Yixing building materials is specially designed and developed for aluminum-plastic, rigid plastic and other composite boards. The products are used for PE,PVCSASA,PVDF and other materials and metal plate bonding. The products are mainly used in plasticsteel tiles, architectural decoration, door panels, partitions and so on.

The product has excellent weather resistance and corrosion resistance under the premise of ensuring good bonding strength. In ultraviolet light, strong acid and alkali, salt fog and other conditions show good anti-aging performance.

The application process of the product has the characteristics of simple process, no harmful gas odor release, high production efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection.
